Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego Offers Free Wifi
San Diego Hotels with Free Wifi
Grand Hyatt San Diego joins Hyatt hotels and resorts worldwide in offering free Wi-Fi to guests independent of booking method or loyalty program participation. This industry-leading offer is available to guests on an unlimited number of mobile devices or laptops in all guest rooms and social spaces.
“Wi-Fi is now viewed as an essential element of a hotel stay as it has become an integral part of guests’ daily lives,” said John Schafer, Area Vice President and General Manager, Grand Hyatt San Diego. “Guests shouldn’t need to remember which Hyatt locations offer free Wi-Fi or the various strings attached to get it, and now when they stay at Grand Hyatt San Diego or any other Hyatt hotel worldwide, it’s complimentary in all guestrooms and in our public spaces.”
Where available, Platinum and Diamond Hyatt Gold Passport members will receive a free upgrade to premium Wi-Fi service in guestrooms and social spaces, and guests will have the option to purchase premium service for $10.00 per night. Standard tier service is appropriate for general web surfing and email. Premium tier is appropriate for more bandwidth-intensive activities such as gaming and streaming movies or television shows.
At Grand Hyatt San Diego, guests only need to provide their last name and room number to access the hotel's free Wi-Fi. While free Wi-Fi is available in all guest rooms and social spaces such as the lobby and Grand Lobby Bar, Redfield’s Sports Bar, Redfield’s Deli, Top of the Hyatt, and Sally’s Seafood on the Water, it does not extend to meeting rooms, where bandwidth demand varies by the number of event attendees. Grand Hyatt San Diego will continue to work with organizers individually to procure appropriate support for an optimal experience.
